• You grant us permission to process your content through our AI systems
• You understand that AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate
• You remain responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content
• You will not input sensitive personal information unless necessary for the service

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. Always review and verify important information before relying on AI outputs.

You retain ownership of content you submit to our Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us:

• A license to use, store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service
• Permission to make backup copies for security and service continuity
• The right to analyze your content to improve our AI models and services (in anonymized form)

You represent that you have the necessary rights to grant these permissions and that your User Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Some features of our Service may require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees as described in your subscription plan
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Workform.ai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission.

SERVICE "AS IS": The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: In no event shall Workform.ai be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and data after a reasonable grace period.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in San Francisco, California.
